Thirty-four stands varying in use and size in the Midvaal Municipality will be going under the hammer on 31 July 2010.

Paul Winterstein, Aucor director of property sales, says buyers have several options from which to choose. “These are mostly smaller residential stands for development of around 1,000sqm, to larger agricultural, commercial or development land up to 12,8 hectares and anything in between.”

“The municipality has long used auctions as on-going disposal method for property on their books for various reasons, be it surplus land they own or land taken back due to non-payment of rates,” Winterstein says.

“There are some good pieces of land with strong potential and the best offers will be taken on the day,” he adds.

The sale is scheduled for 10:30 at the Meyerton Town Hall, Eufees Crescent, Meyerton.
