Three offices at an upmarket business park at Century City totaling 260sqm have been let within one month.
The three units were let on behalf of Horizon Capital which invests in and manages commercial property in Cape Town for their high net worth clients.
Millennium Business Park is a 24-hour security office development near the Bosmansdam Road entrance to Century City. Conveniently located, the office park enjoys lift access, a coffee shop and magnificent views of the Plattekloof Hills.
John Witter, CEO of Horitzon Capital, said the space was let to three different tenants all within one month after a large tenant vacated the space.
