For those who are "checking out" a new area, the PropertySPI reports are accompanied by Geographical Information System (GIS) maps with fast zoom and pan facilities, and a list of local amenities such as shops, medical facilities and schools within the vicinity of the specific street or sectional title complex being researched.The individual farm report displays the closest towns to the property and includes distances.The registration district report will show towns within the district , no distances are indicated in this instance.
