Agricultural Land History Report - Registration District
Description
The report includes the transfers of the properties in the selected registration district for a selected 3 month period and for a selected price range.
An interactive GIS map is included. The map has a zoom and pan facility as well as a legend.
The Deeds transfers that have taken place in the timeframe selected are displayed.
To give you insight into current property price trends in the district, a table showing sold price averages are displayed. The averages are based on sale prices recorded by the Deeds Office.They are grouped by different size bands. Averages have been calculated for six-month periods. The date and price range are fixed and are not influenced by the selections made for the transfer history tables
A list of the towns in the registration district are provided.

a) Agricultural land Deeds transfer history tables:
  Farm transfer information
(Sorted by transfer date and sold price)
  Registration division, Transfer date; sold price; sold date; buyer*; bond holder*; bond amount; seller*; Farm name if captured by the deeds office; farm no. / portion no.; farm size in (ha).
  * Due to the limited space available in one report line, these fields were shortened.
  Registration division average sold prices tables (Grouped by farm sizes).
  Last semester: price ranges, number of transfers per price range, average sold price per price range.
  Averages: Year, semester, average sold price

  The search (left hand side of screen) is based on province , farm name and / or farm number , the portion number is also required.Please select this from the drop down list.The search on the right hand side requires you to know the farm number. If you do not know this, please make use of the search on the left.
  Search Fields:
  Step 1,2 : Province, Registration District
  The search function will assist you if you do not know the correct spelling of the Registration district and farm name. You can type in the first part of the name and the system will give you a list of possibilities to select from. Type in at least the first three letters of the word and click on find.
  Example:
  If you are looking for Free State /Registration Division Bothaville, select Free State and enter ''Both' in the registration District field. Click on FIND. Bothaville RD and other districts starting with the same first 4 characters will be available in a drop down list that you can select from. You can look at the map feature to identify what registration divisions are available to search on. Click on Search
  The number of transfers found will be displayed.
  You can use this information to decide if you would like to buy the report or not. Click on the 'Buy' button to proceed. If no transfers were found, go back to the Search page and change your search criteria.
  Step 3 : Click on Buy
  Mobile Merchant handles all transactions. The cost of the report will be displayed before you buy. Enter your credit card details and click on buy, the transaction will then be processed.
  Step 4: Report will be displayed.
  The report will be downloaded and displayed on your PC screen (1024x768 display setting recommended), and will be e-mailed to you.
  The interactive map tools are available with the on-line report version, which enables you to zoom in and
  out. The pan facility makes it easy to move to another section of the map. Please be patient when a new map layer is downloaded. The map image currently displayed on the PC screen will appear on the report when it is printed (preferably in 'Landscape' page layout).
