Our Software Solution
List unlimited properties onto Property24.com using our software. Create a Comparative Market Analysis (CMA) using three sources of data:
- our comprehensive deeds office data
- data of properties sold that were formerly listed on Property24.com (this includes information like the number of beds, baths, photos etc)
- data on your own stock.
All of this information can be displayed using a variety of report templates as well as displayed as a slide show.
Our software will also track your agency deals from the agreement of sale through to the registration of transfer. An electronic diary system interfaces directly with your transferring attorneys, eliminating the need for fax, telephone calls and email updates. Management reports provide the Principal with monthly sales figures, top performing agents’ information and pipeline reports.
Our electronic Referral System for agency groups enables and manages the referral of buyers, sellers, lessors, lessees and developments within a closed group of estate agencies. Referred clients can be tracked by the agency that introduced the client as well as the agency that accepted the client using one updated interface. This applies to multiple referrals too. Email and SMS referrals may be set at agency level to monitor selected activities.
 
PropertySPI
Property24’s Sold Price Index (SPI) will help you provide a realistic value or asking price for a client’s property. With over six million records dating back to 1997 and with a selection of report types to choose from, you can get a complete review of your client’s area for valuation purposes.
 
The STREET & SECTIONAL TITLE reports let you access data back to 1997, while the SUBURB reports give you all transactions during a three month period.
 
These SPI reports can be used when showing a house to give the prospective buyer an in-depth insight into the area with a Map and list of Closest Amenities that indicate the distance to the nearest schools, parks and shopping centres.
 
In addition, a variety of payment options caters for agents who are starting out and require ‘just a few per month’ as well as those who are more established and do more valuations.
